Contract Compliance and Administrator Support, formerly known as Faculty Relations, works to uphold the Collective Bargaining Agreement and support administrators with faculty-related matters. This office reports to the Provost and works closely with UCF’s Office of Institutional Equity, University Compliance, Ethics, and Risk Office, University Audit, Human Resources, Academic Affairs Operations, and all deans offices across campus, among others. It is tasked with providing support for discipline, layoffs, non-reappointments, grievances, and other issues that relate to topics covered by university regulation, policy, or the CBA.
